Our dentist is Dr. Noor and we had to ask who the maker of the night guard was because my son had damaged it within 3days of getting it and our dentist said they used Riverside Dental Lab because they have the longest and best policy she was able to get one replacement at no cost (thanks to dr. And lab collaboration). Not only did the lab do an excellent job making a night guard for my kid who grinds his teeth at night. It fits comfortably, and the remake process was quick and professional. This lab is very easy to work with. They communicate well with us and their work is very high quality. No adjustments are needed for the crowns. I recently had a stayplate made for a patient, it was the easiest delivery, I didn't have to adjust it because it fit perfectly.

I was so pleased this morning I had to write a review. I asked Riverside to shade match an existing crown on #9 while I crowned #6, 7, 8, 10 and 11. I just seated the anterior zirconia crowns this morning and you literally could not tell the teeth were done at different times by different dentists. When we took the final x-rays, I realized that the #9 was porcelain!!! They shade matched different materials and made it look as natural as could be. I have gotten consistently good results from Riverside, crowns that drop right on and have perfect occlusion, implant crowns with no hassle. They are smaller and more responsive than bigger labs (not to name any but you know who I mean.) I love Riverside! I saw that their Google rating is lower than I expect, probably because a couple unhappy clients speak more loudly than the bunches of happy ones. I am in the latter camp!!

They offer a 7-year warranty on their crowns. Patient needed a re-do on one of her front crowns. Shouldn’t be too difficult, right? WRONG! How could you mess this shade up?
